Butter London Return Policy?
Butter London honors a 30-day money-back satisfaction guarantee. If not completely satisfied with a purchase, simply return the unused portion and receipt within 30 days of carrier receipt of shipment to get a full product amount refund. If preferred, the purchase may be exchanged for other Butter London products. Shipping & Handling fees are not refundable. Only products purchased on butterlondon.com may be returned for refund or exchange. Refunds are credited to the original payment card only.
To return items, include a copy of the packing slip or order confirmation inside the box. Returns without the order confirmation will be refused. For protection, it's recommended to send the return via UPS or USPS Surepost. All returns should be mailed to: JCS – butter LONDON Returns 555 Gotham Parkway Carlstadt, New Jersey 07072. The return will be processed promptly upon arrival, and a confirmation will be sent by email. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the shipping date for the account to be credited.
